Who we are

This website is operated by FXPTrader ("we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy at the email address on our Contact page.

Data we collect

• Enquiry data: name, email, phone or messaging number, company name and your message.
• Client configuration data: company details, domains and settings you ask us to configure for your terminal.
• Technical data: security logs processed by our hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type).

How we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To deliver and support our services (contract).
• To keep our website secure (legitimate interest).

Terminal traffic

Branded terminals run in our clients’ own Cloudflare accounts. Trading data passes between traders, the Worker and the client’s MT5 server; FXPTrader does not store traders’ credentials or trading data.

Sharing

We share personal data only with providers needed to run our service (such as hosting and email delivery) or where required by law. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if you do not become a client; client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies
