Services

FXPTrader provides software and technical services that deliver a branded MT5 WebTrader through the client’s own domain and Cloudflare account. Scope, fees and service levels are set out in a written agreement for each client.

Client responsibilities

Clients must hold the licences, platform rights and permissions their business requires (including MT5 access), provide accurate information, comply with the laws of the markets they serve and with third-party terms (including MetaQuotes and Cloudflare), and not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party platforms such as MT5 and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions.

Intellectual property

Website content belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
