White label
A licensed provider gives you a branded part of its MT5 installation. It is faster to start, but your platform access depends on the provider. MetaQuotes restricted new white label licences in 2022, so availability depends on existing licence holders.
Grey label
Informal use of someone else’s MT5 access without a proper agreement. MetaQuotes has actively cut off such arrangements since 2024, and they are not a safe basis for a business.
